This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for November 02, 2009:
Awareness.
Having been through a few things and discovered my limits are a bit further than I thought.
Having discovered some new contexts that give me a very different set of views of existence past, and possible futures.
Having experienced love and hardship, I have a compassion and empathy others that comes only with experience, and cannot even be guessed at by youth.

Its all about getting more data!
Hi Gil
In part yes; and in part it is about choosing what we do with that data; and about discovering meta patterns, and meta meta patterns.
I recall first learning the concept of pointers in “C”. How something can point to something else, and then one can indirect that, so you have something that points to something that points to something else ….. and off we go.
Abstractions, increasing heights of “helicopter views” of our previous schemes and systems of interpretation. The dimensions rapidly get out of hand. In each new view, the old view is simply one of an infinite set. Doesn't take too long before an infinity of such levels of abstraction seems quite likely possible, always more to see - each level itself infinite and capable of taking all of eternity to explore and still have hidden surprises.
Certainty ????????????? Pooofffffff (vapourised!)
